We know life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 36 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled 12–36 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the service total. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the service total.
